Recycled can with kitty charm

This is the cutest one I've made yet! It's covered with "meow" fabric, trimmed with beaded ribbon to which I sewed red sequins and seed beads, and adorned on the lid with flowers, a bow, and a small, brass kitten charm. The lid is the original lid from the can--I have a can opener that cuts around the outside of the rim rather than around the top, so I end up with a nice, reusable lid. (Regular ones leave sharp, jagged edges.) I forget what this tin used to hold...something Asian, like bamboo shoots, I think. Size is 3 in. high X 3.5 in. diameter (abt. 7.5 X 9 cm).
