Here is a detail of the plate. If I do another one, I'll make sure to have more contrast between St. Francis' face and the background so he'll show up better. I'm still learning to work with the limitations of the glazes.

excellent. i don't think an outline is needed on his face, i think it stands out enough from the animals. it's a really great painting.
